1. Booking & Payment
1.1 All tours require a confirmed booking and full or partial payment in advance, as specified at time of reservation.
1.2 We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment details are processed securely via our payment provider; we do not store full card data.
1.3 Your reservation is confirmed only once we send you a booking confirmation email.

2. Cancellation & Amendments
2.1 By You:
-  More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund (minus any bank/transaction fees).
-  24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
-  Less than 24 hours: No refund.
2.2 By Us:
-  If we cancel due to weather or operational issues, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
-  Wherever possible, we’ll notify you at least 6 hours before departure.

3. Participant Responsibilities
3.1 You must arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure time. Late arrivals may forfeit your booking without refund.
3.2 All guests must be able to swim or wear a life jacket at all times. If you are a non‑swimmer, please inform us in advance.
3.3 Guests should disclose any medical conditions (e.g., allergies, heart conditions, pregnancy) that may affect participation. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons.

4. Health & Safety
4.1 Our guides are trained in basic first aid and CPR. First‑aid kits are carried on every boat.
4.2 While we take all reasonable precautions, snorkeling and boating carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk.
4.3 You must follow our crew’s instructions at all times. Failure to do so may result in termination of the tour without refund.

5. Liability & Insurance
5.1 Sexy Turtle holds public liability insurance covering standard tour operations.
5.2 We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. Please leave valuables onshore or secure them in waterproof bags.
5.3 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation.

6. Photo & Video
6.1 We may take photos or videos during the tour for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify our guide at the start of the trip.
6.2 All intellectual property rights in tour media remain the property of Sexy Turtle.

7. Weather & Force Majeure
7.1 In extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters), we may alter or cancel itineraries.
7.2 We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by such events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lombok.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
