Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by You

• More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund (minus any bank or transaction fees).

• 24 – 48 hours before departure: 50% refund of the tour price.

• Less than 24 hours before departure or no‑show: No refund.

 

2. Cancellation by Us

• If we cancel due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or operational issues, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule your tour at no extra cost.

 

3. Partial Participation

• If you join the tour late or leave early for any reason, no partial refund will be issued for unused time.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email refunds@sexyturtle.gili with your booking reference and cancellation request.

2. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 7 business days.

 

5. Method of Refund

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Bank or card‑provider timelines may affect when you see the funds.

 

6. Non‑Refundable Items

• Any add‑on services or products purchased locally (e.g., underwater photo packages, equipment rental upgrades) are non‑refundable once provided.

 

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current policy.
